The project management course in UK is for project managers, team leaders and others involved in IT projects. The course shows how IT projects should be set up and run. The course is for both IT and non-IT people. No IT knowledge is needed.

People who attend the course range from complete project management novices through project leaders and project managers who have some experience of projects, to senior managers who come along to find out what their project managers should be doing. Past attendees have come from as far afield as the Middle East, Norway, Bermuda and Aberdeen - though most don't travel quite so far! Most attendees stay at the hotel in which the course is run, those who live close enough commute each day. All will feel welcome.

Building the task by task project plan (schedule). Pros and cons of tools like Microsoft Project.

Assessing, reducing, managing and reporting upon risks.

Getting senior management buy in and getting commitments of resources.
